Why hello Monday, fancy seeing you here. You always come by so quickly. Fingers crossed you bring some much needed sunshine with you today, the past week or so here in Brisbane has been all wet & rainy. I'm sure fellow mums would agree, rainy weather & no dryer = a whole lot of washing.

Washing chatter aside...Madeit Monday this week is inspired by my love for elephants. We recently went to Australia Zoo with Laurens fam & the elephants were beyond beautiful. I was lucky enough to feed one, twice! :) My heart smiled that day.

Happy Saturday everyone! :) It's a very rainy day here in Brisbane..perfect for crafting & drinking hot tea. I just wanted to share some new fabric buttons I made this morning with help from Felix. And by 'help' I mean him saying 'ooh pretty!' & trying to grab everything hehe. I'm working on some new creations for our stall tomorrow. Fingers crossed the rain passes!

busy bees

Leading up to Christmas, both myself & Lauren have been busy little bees stocking our Madeit store with new goodies. We've also been back at the Markets after having a couple of months break from them. There's nothing quite like having our creations 'out there' & seeing peoples reactions face-to-face when they see them. It's such a lovely feeling for us both to know that our creations are loved as much as we love making them :)

 Our next Market stall is this Sunday the 5th December at Chandler Markets. It's one of our favourite to attend as there is such a wide variety of things to be seen. Ranging from fresh fruit & vegetables, handmade crafts, pretty ornaments & knick knacks, fresh flowers, & preloved goodies...these markets have it all! There's also live music, awesome food & a jumping castle for the kiddies every week :)
